Return Policy

At Kyuka, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our candles. However, we do not accept returns unless items have arrived damaged or faulty.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@kyuka.co.uk if your candle is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on candles unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

Exceptions for Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out to us within 7 days of receipt. We will request photos of the damaged or defective item and may offer a replacement or refund, based on our assessment.

Refunds

If a return is accepted due to damage or fault, we will notify you and provide a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
