How ordering works

• Candles are sold per candle, with a minimum order of 8 candles per colour.
• Every order is hand dipped to order in your chosen colour and height.
• Your candles are hand dipped within 3 working days of your order.

Delivery

UK delivery only. Orders are posted tracked with Evri or Royal Mail.

Terms

• As every candle is made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind.
• Please check your colour, height and quantity carefully before ordering.
• If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@kandleandco.com within 48 hours with a photo and we will put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights.
